E-Training Terms & Conditions
1. Purpose & Learning
The E-Training Programme is provided to support employee awareness, understanding, knowledge development, and continuous learning. Employees are encouraged to understand what each topic is about, why it is important, how it applies to their work, and how the knowledge can be used to improve their daily responsibilities and workplace performance.
2. Employee Development & Benefits
The training is intended to strengthen employees' knowledge, skills, confidence, problem-solving capabilities, and understanding of organisational practices. It supports personal and career development by helping employees build relevant competencies, improve work effectiveness, increase engagement, and prepare for future responsibilities and opportunities. Completion of training does not automatically guarantee promotion, salary adjustment, certification, or career advancement.
3. Workplace Application & Continuous Improvement
Employees are encouraged to apply the knowledge gained from the training to identify and solve workplace issues, improve processes, reduce errors and rework, and eliminate unnecessary, duplicated, or non-value-added activities. Employees should use their knowledge responsibly and follow the organisation's approved policies, procedures, controls, and authorisation requirements when applying or proposing any changes.
4. Benefits to Employees & Organisation
Effective application of training knowledge can create value for both employees and the organisation by improving productivity, quality, efficiency, collaboration, decision-making, employee engagement, and knowledge sharing. The programme supports the development of a knowledgeable and capable workforce while encouraging employees to contribute ideas, identify improvement opportunities, and take greater ownership of their work and professional development.
5. Responsibility, Confidentiality & Acknowledgement
Employees are expected to complete assigned training honestly and within the required timeframe, participate actively, protect confidential and proprietary information, and seek clarification when necessary. Training content is intended for awareness and learning and may be updated when organisational requirements, processes, systems, policies, or best practices change. By accessing or completing the E-Training, employees acknowledge their responsibility to use the knowledge appropriately and contribute towards continuous learning, effective problem-solving, career development, and a more efficient and value-adding workplace.
